Send a personal greeting to family and friends while they are here at Avera St. Anthony's Hospital.  Include the patient's first and last name and your message.  Email will be checked periodically throughout the day.  Once received, the email will be printed out and delivered to the patient by one of Avera St. Anthony's volunteers.  

Remember…

• Treat your email as if it were a postcard. Do not include anything in the message that you would not write on a postcard.

• Messages are only delivered Monday-Friday (excluding holidays), between 8 a.m.-  5 p.m.

• Messages received after hours, weekends or on holidays will be delivered the following business day.

• Messages will NOT be forwarded to discharged patients and will be discarded without notification to you.

• Patients are unable to send electronic replies to e-mails received while in the hospital.

• If you have a more urgent message for a patient, please call the hospital at (402) 336-2611.
