The service area includes the counties, of Holt, Knox,
Antelope, Wheeler, Rock, Boyd, Brown and Keya Paha. Home Health aides are
available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can eliminate the need for a lengthy
hospitalization or an extended stay in a nursing home. People recuperate faster
from illness or injury in a familiar environment, they are happier and more at
ease, and home health care costs less.
Home health care services are available if ordered by an attending physician.
Remember, you don’t have to be hospitalized to receive assistance. Referrals can
come from clinic physicians and concerned family members. The services are
available on a part-time, temporary or regular basis.
At home medical care is recognized and fully paid for by many health insurance
programs including Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans Administration or private
insurance companies. Our office handles the filing process for claims.
Home Health aides assist with hygiene, exercise and ambulation.
